Closely involved in research, each year the Faculty of Sciences awards some fifty doctorates within its Research Units, working jointly and in synergy with various Centres (for example the Centre for Analytical Research and Technology, the Centre for Protein Engineering, the GIGA-Research Unit, the Aquapôle, the Cyclotron Research Centre, The Liège Space centre, etc.).
The Faculty of Sciences also makes available to the University community and to the community outside
several remarkable tools such as:
The Faculty of Sciences is also linked to the research carried out at several science stations: the Calvi-Corsica Submarine and Oceanographic Research Station, Jungfraujoch in Switzerland and Mont-Rigi in Belgium).
