Departments and Research Units    

The Faculty of Sciences is based on nine departments. Within these departments are organised general educational programmes such as mathematics, physics, geography or geology, but also more specific educational programmes such as biochemistry and molecular and cellular biology, the biology of organisms and ecology, climatology, geomatics and geometrology, oceanography, Environmental Sciences and Management or space sciences.
